GA design

This project is the biggest residential township in Titwala, sprawled across 68 acres and comprising of 1BHK and 2BHK apartments.

A 24-acre CRZ with a wide array of amenities is the highlight of this project; long winding walkways, tennis courts, seating areas, shaded pathways, children's play areas and a skating rink are just a few of the facilities provided here. 

 

All the buildings are planned around large central green spaces, in addition to the coastal green belt that girds the site. The architectural vocabulary of this project is concise, fluent and conveys grandeur, using earthy colours to create an ambience of elegance. All apartments have large decks, providing a sense of openness to the residents and bringing them closer to nature.
