This complex comprises of four towers of 30 storeys each, with a 3-level podium. It also consists of a magnificently detailed multilevel garden, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool in two levels. The podium provides ample parking space, and careful planning has gone into designing traffic circulation with comfortable ramps connecting the various levels.

​The façade of the building determines how iconic the structure will be; in this complex, the four towers are closely abutting each other, and it was therefore deemed necessary to create a strong sense of separation between each of them to give them their individual identity. We achieved this by creating a wall on either side of each tower, running across the entire height of the building and culminating in the shape of a sail. This wall is embellished with white curvilinear bands that act as the sun-breakers for the apartments. These bands are further made interesting through their reduced widths at the extreme ends, joined at intervals to give the effect of a soft curve.
