This huge project by Kalpataru consists of a gated community of 150 premium villas spread over 60 acres of land overlooking the valleys of Lonavala, a hill station near Mumbai. It consists of 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK premium villas with private swimming pools and lawns. A 30,000 sq.ft club house having multiple restaurants, a swimming pool with a spa, and other major sports facilities, dominates the entire complex.
