Kalpataru Waterfront the most exclusive tower in a residential complex called Kalpataru Riverside, situated along the Gadhi River in Panvel, Maharashtra. Located in the heart of the district, it has easy access to suburban Mumbai as well as Pune. The building has 2 wings of 13 floors each and has lavish 2 and 3 BHK flats with balconies and cark parking provision for 150 cars.

This residential building design is highly efficient both in terms of floor space and aesthetics while including apartments with views focused on the beautiful Gadhi River. The successful design is a result of the understanding of relationships between the natural elements and the need to create a liveable space.

The building consists of 13 floors which include stack parking at the stilt level and 2 and 3 BHK flats on each floor. Every flat on the alternate floor has been provided with a lavish deck in the living room and the other alternate flat has a deck in the bedroom. Thus, all the flats facing the river get an uninterrupted view of the water at any given time. Full height windows have been provided in all rooms in order to allow for maximum natural light and undisturbed view of its picturesque surroundings.

The building design is simple yet modern in its form and a distinguishing feature of the façade design is the white frame with a pergola on top, which holds the form together. The crisp colour scheme of the building in white, grey and slate grey makes it a prominent landmark within its lush green surroundings.
