A redevelopment project of Ganesh Bhavan in the Matunga region of Mumbai, Jade Ganesha is designed with an aim to create a diverse range of residential types. Planned as a G+20 building, the tower consists of 4 floors of stilt parking and one lavish 3BHK on each subsequent floor.

Highly efficient both in terms of floor space and aesthetics, this residential project provides views of the beautiful Five Gardens from each apartment. Given the small plot area and the local byelaws mandating open setbacks of 6m and 3m on two sides, the design focusses on strategic spatial planning that enables the fulfilment of the client’s vision to create adequate space for tenants as well as a vibrant destination for buyers, in the heart of Mumbai.
